I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Less than 24hr notice → 50% of scheduled service. • Same-day cancellation or no-show → 100% of scheduled service. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be adjusted or rescheduled.
